TPE Precision Performance Intake Manifold for the R53 Mini Cooper S
 
New on the market upgraded intake Manifold the final fully 3D printed, manufactured using MJF 3D printing using Nylon 12 and it is resistant to fuel and oil and has working temperature of more than 140 degrees Celsius.
 
Plug and play and nearly 2kg lighter than the original unit allowing appox 27% more flow over the standard Manifold. The dyno graph shown is for a non-ported manifold. The Blue line is Torque, Yellow line is HP and red line is WHP. This shows gains in the whole rpm range, with +40NM Torque and +15 WHP at 3000rpm and +10 NM with +12 WHP at 7000 rpm.

The outer dimensions are exact the same as the original unit but internals have been completely reworked. TPE have managed to equalize the pressure in all 4 ports with CFD simulation being used to verify the above.
