Being at a lower price point than the Airtec, this is a great kit for this on a tighter budget. It replaces the complete standard airbox and includes the full fitting kit and instructions. It also offers easy cleaning with no dirt caught like with V shaped filter grooves. As with other brands, Pipercross also offer lifetime warranty on all replacement and performance road use filters.

R56 Mini Cooper S - Airtec Induction Kit
The design replaces the upper part of the original air box with a laser cut alloy housing in a powder coated black finish. This allows a large, free-flowing filter to fit in place and connects to the original intake pipe with a high quality Pro Hoses silicone hose and alloy intake connector. Note: This kit is designed to fit the 2006 to 2010 N14 engine model. If the car has a MAF sensor, you may have to trim the induction hose down to fit.

F56 Mini Cooper - Forge Motorsport Induction kit
Although developed specifically for the 2.0 petrol engine found in the Cooper S and Cooper JCW, it will also fit the Cooper 1.5 petrol. The intake itself features a bespoke aluminium heat shield which doubles as a scoop to direct air from the cold air inlet on the slam panel, and it picks up on the stock mounting locations with rubber grommets to reduce vibration and noise. The pipe to the filter is hand fabricated and features a precision machined MAF boss so that the cars original MAF can simply be bolted on to the new intake.
